KYLE CAREY Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Mar. 6 to Mar. 7, 2012.

Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home

Kyle was born June 15, 1980 in Spokane, Washington to parents Bryan and Janet Carey. He left this world too soon at age 31 on March 1, 2012, in Kennewick, Washington.

Kyle grew up and lived in the Tri-Cities for most of his life and spent a year in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He attended Richland High School with the class of 1999. He worked at Starbucks for 10 years, as a pest control technician with Alpha Ecological for 1 1/2 years, and most recently as a manager for Subway. One of his outstanding talents was the ability to sell you anything you did not even realize you needed or wanted.

Kyle lived life with a passion. He had an amazing artistic talent for creating his visions on paper. He loved creating and cooking up masterpieces for his family and friends. He enjoyed role playing, music, martial arts, and all living things. He has always brought home strays whether it be people, snakes, lizards, frogs, bats, raccoons, birds or any other living thing. He had an affinity for wildlife. He was fueled by his passion for learning and his love of family. There was very little that you could ask Kyle that he wouldn't have an answer for.

The pride and joy of Kyle's life were his children; his daughter Serenity Fey Trouble Carey, his little munchkin who just wants to hug her daddy's neck one more time, and his son, his little buddy, Kahless Logan Carey, his 'awesomeness'. He was a wonderful father who loved teaching his children all about the wonders of the universe and the miracle of all living things. He was always amazed at having such beautiful, talented and loving children.

Kyle is survived by his daughter, Serenity-Fey Carey; son, Kahless Logan Carey; the love of his life, Holly Barnes; his mother, Janet Carey (Richland); father, Bryan (Penny) Carey (Richland); sister Amy (Will) Fannin (Richland); brothers Nick (Laura) Carey (Kennewick) and Noe Carey (Richland). Also surviving and mourning his loss are his grandparents, Luther and Grace Rogers (Kennewick), Carol Carey (Benton City); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Jennifer Marie Carey, and his paternal grandfather, Charles Carey.

Kyle 'Hardcore' taught us many things about life and living. He entertained us with his unique sense of humor and showered each of us with love and compassion. He loved to have a good time, party and dance; yet he was always there with a ready shoulder to lean on in the hard times. A piece of each of us has left this earth with Kyle. We will hold onto the memories of the good times to help us get through. 'Rock on, Kyle, fly free with CzarCzar and be free of the pain.'

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street in Kennewick. Please join us in sharing your thoughts and memories of Kyle as we have one last party to celebrate Kyle's life.

Janet, Amy, Nick, Noe,Serenity, Kahless. I want you guys to know I'm so sorry for the loss of Kyle in your family. Kyle was a great son, brother and GREAT father to his two little angles. Just no word's to ever explain the loss of a beautiful soul.. My heart brake's for us all. He was a great friend I will never forget Kyle and the times we had. Nothing will ever bring him back but nothing can ever take the memories I have of him away.

In your word's Kyle like you told me Just like you can't just call me a memory in a book. You are special, moment for moment. You will never be just a memory in my book you will always live on.
I have been by your side scent's I first meet you 18 years ago. You always keep people that are kind, loving and caring they are hard to find but I have to say I'm grateful I have you in my life still your words of wisdom will never leave me.
You will be greatly missed by more then you will ever know thank you for being my friend your SaraBear love you always.

Cold light above us
Hope fills the heart
And fades away
Skin white as winter
As the sky returns to grey
Days go on forever
But I have not left your side
We can chase the dark together
If you go then so will I
Sing the anthem of the angel's Kyle
And say the last goodbye

Kyle was our favorite barista at Starbucks. He always made us laugh and smile. He did crazy dances for us and sang songs. What a great, fun personality. The world is a better place for having had Kyle in it. Condolences to his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers goes out to the Carey family during this difficult time. Although I only knew Kyle for a short time in Richland, it felt like I knew him forever. He was always smiling and laughing. In a small community like Richland, I will never forget how Kyle made me feel so welcome. I could always count on him to make me laugh and somehow, he always knew when I needed a hug. I love you, mate and I will truly miss you. xxx

Kyle was one of my closest friends. Knowing him made my life better. Kyle was an amazing person, he knew how to light up a room or just put a smile on everyone face. He was unique and proud of it. He loved his family very much. I am so glad that Kyle was a part of my life. I know that me and a lot of other people have been touched by Kyle. He was so special to so many people. I hope that he is at peace now. I love you kyle. I miss you very much

Kyle was light years ahead of his time. He was brilliant, talented, and full of light. He was apart of my family for nearly all of his life. So many memories but the favorite of all was Christmas our families spent together for many years. It was a special occasion for us all. You will forever remain in my heart....you are like a son to me. We shared many personal talks together that only the two of us will ever know. Kyle I never broke my promise to you. Janet, Nick, Amy, Noe, Serenity, and Kayless, may you find comfort from each other and your love ones. The pain is so much right now its hard to know what to do, think and otherwise. I love you and your family so much. Be at peace.

Kyle, I only wish you knew how much your life meant to so many people. I will always remember you as a little boy of 8 or 9, going to the fair with your Uncle Jim and Aunt Lisa, myself and Amanda who was a couple of years younger than you. It was so cute how you held Amanda's hand and called her your girlfriend! Who knew that the two of you would later date in high school and I would be subjected to your whackiness as a teenager. You will always hold a special place in my heart.
My prayers go out to your family and especially to your children right now. I hope you have found the peace you so deserve.
