Lacey Marie Wert

KOONTZ LAKE-Lacey Marie Wert, 20, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN. Lacey was born April 7, 1995 in Michigan City, IN and lived in the area for 15 years. She was a 2015 graduate of Oregon-Davis High School, where she belonged to many organizations. She was also an employee of McDonald's in Walkerton. Survivors include her parents, Brian and Shari Wert Sr.; one sister, Patricia Ball; one brother, Brian Wert Jr.; grandmother, Vicki Yoder; grandfather, James Yoder; and five uncles, Arthur Ball, Brian Ball, Mark Wert, Andy Wert, and Daniel Wert. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ray and Barbara Wert. Funeral services will be Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) in Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel. Burial will follow at the Grovertown Cemetery. Friends may visit Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT and Monday one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
