Latasha Marie “Tasha� Moore, 17, of East 14th Street died unexpectedly Wednesday, June 27, 2007. She was born December 10, 1989 in Ashtabula, the daughter of Timothy Moore Sr. and Lolita Harrell Moore, and had been an Ashtabula resident most of her life. She had attended Lakeside High School and, while living in Michigan, had broken a school track record in the 100m dash at Wyandot High School. Tasha loved life and was a dear friend to many. She enjoyed competing in track and basketball, loved to dance, and was great at fixing hair. She was so excited about becoming a mother. Her survivors include her mother, Lolita Moore of Ashtabula; her father, Timothy Moore, Sr. of Akron; five sisters, Tanisha Corpening, Loteia Moore, and Latrisha Moore, all of Ashtabula and Jalinda Moore and Carly Moore, both of Akron; two brothers, Timothy Moore, Jr. and Chancellor Moore of Akron; her grandfathers, Lenel Moore of Ashtabula and Clovis Harrell of Painesville; her boyfriend and father of her child, Erale Hanson; two nieces, Anna Presciano and Tanesha Forrest; one nephew, Johnny Evans; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary Moore and Myrna Harrell; her great-grandmother, Estelle Dyer; a cousin, Jennifer Dyer; her aunt, Linda Priest; her uncle, Joseph Moore; and her unborn child. A service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Peoples Baptist Church, 3837 West Avenue, Ashtabula. Rev. Louis Grandberry, Pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6 to 9 PM Monday, July 2 at the Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula and from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday at the church. Contributions may be made to the family (c/o Helping Hands Fund at Carington Park, 2217 West Avenue, Ashtabula, OH Mon-Fri 9AM to 4 PM). Obituary available at www.ducro.com.
