John and Russ,
I'm sad to hear of your dad's passing. He was the kind of fellow that you never wanted to let down and I sure he is proud of his sons. He had my respect not just as a leader but as a gentleman who made an effort to connect with the community and the friends around him. For years I kept every handwritten thank you note he would send as I was always amazed that he had time to send one at all. God bless you and all your family.
