I remember Linda from high school and enjoyed reconnecting with her in facebook. I often thought of her bravery to sing in front of people in high school. She spoke so lovingly about her daughters and grandchildren. My deepest sympathies. Jane Clifford OBrien

Last year, I had a very bad fall. In addition to a concussion, I broke my neck and my back. Linda didn't know me, but she heard about my accident from a neighbor. She made several meals for us and spread her kindness around generously. I was sorry to learn of her passing and I join many others in remembering her fondly and sending heartfelt condolences to her family.

Linda and I knew each other in HS, reconnected several years ago and had many heart to heart chats, she was such a kind a loving soul! I know she will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends. My sincerest condolences to her children and grandchildren, whom she loved so dearly.

Linda was an effervescent and irrepressible soul. She enlivened every space and gathering. I am so very sorry for her family that she is gone way too soon. She was a woman who continued to become more wonderful with time and life experience. Her loss aggrieved us all.

I spent a year with Linda, and I count myself supremely lucky for that time. When I came to Maine I needed a place to live. She had a room for rent. She regaled me with stories of family, friends, the history of Yarmouth, and every dream she made manifest in her life. I absorbed every detail. She became a second mom to me and helped me deal with the stress of working for CPS, navigating a new state, and she even with her wonderful family invited a complete stranger to thanksgiving. I was blessed.

Linda married my brother, who was taken away too soon. We became very close to the point where we declared ourselves sisters. We shared the good and the bad. Virtually held each others hands through tough times. We were always calling each other to see how we were doing. Sis I still get up in the morning thinking we'll have a conversation. RIP Sis. Know you will be missed.

Linda and I met on stage at Yarmouth High working on the annual variety show. She was an amazing interpretive dancer. I really was in awe of her style and talent. We lost touch due to our lives taking different paths but reconnected on Facebook about 12 years ago and it was really nice to catch up. She loved her children and grandchildren with herself whole heart. We had many good conversations and I will truly miss her. To her family, my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies. She was such a a beautiful person and her loss will touch the hearts of so many. I pray for peace and strength for your hearts in the rough days to follow. Celebrate the beautiful woman she was and know she is still right there with you in your hearts.
