Uncle Lathan was a special uncle. He was so quiet but always made you feel at home when I visited with him. I have many fond memories from my childhood of visiting and staying with my cousins. It was always a good time. Thanks to him and my Aunt Joyce I always felt welcome in his home and have a bond with my cousins that I will never forget. My prayers are with all the family as I will never forget any of you.

Uncle Lathan was my favorite "Quite Uncle". He was a honored husband, fantastic father and an unique uncle. He is missed already.
