Lindsay was a great person. I met her when she was about 14 years old and she was a fun loving kid! She loved the show Walker, Texas Ranger. She would sliding, in her socks, down the hard wood floors in the hallway, in her home in Ledyard. She got really good at it! We had some good times together that I will always cherish! I spent the weekend at her home, to help her due to her having medical issues with her heart. Haley and I went grocery shopping and bought over 300$ of food. She ran thru the isles as I walk up & down them. She would put the food in the cart then off she would go to grab something else. What a big helper at that age. Richie, Haley & I went to a pet store where we held some hamsters, and played with the puppies. We had a day in the back yard swimming in the little plastic pool, and playing games. I had blast! I made my famous home made macaroni and cheese with ham chucks, and Lindsay loved it! Comfort food! Haley and I cleaned up the kitchen, family room & Richie Jr room. She did all the vacuuming herself. Lindsay was in bed most of the weekend I was there but she kept checking on us seeing what we were doing & having a good time. Lindsay and I watched a movie in the bedroom together! She must of thanked me a thousand times for giving her a hand. I will miss her dearly. She was a great person and she will always be in my heart! I pray your hearts feel better. Just remember her laugh & smile, and that will help you feel a bit better. It helps me! God bless you all!

My first memory of Lindsay was at Subvets in Groton or New London. I was visiting with my sister and we went there for a meal. Lindsay was our waitress, I think she was about 15. That was the very first time I met her... she was just adorable! Over the years, we enjoyed many holidays together and lots of family visits when visiting Anne Marie and PJ. Lindsay was always so loving and fun and would do anything for you. She had a beautiful heart. Rest in peace Lindsay.
