We are so sorry and sad to hear Aunt Loretta has passed. We try to remind ourselves she is with her Mom and Dad, Mary and Julius and Sister, Cynthia. Our condolences go out to all of you and especially to you
Shannon. Just from seeing things on facebook about you and your Nana, we can tell how close you two were. She being your guardian angel forever and always. As you get married soon, know your Nana will be right there with you admiring you and loving you just as she always did. Allow yourself to feel her presence. Look for signs from her because she will be sending them your way, from a butterfly to a coin, who knows what she will choose. We realize how difficult this time is for all of you and we will pray for God to give you strength.
Aunt Loretta will forever hold a special place in all of our hearts.
Our love to all of you,
Kevin, Tammie and Jenna xoxoxo

For those of us that work with Michael, we share tidbits of information about our personal lives as time permits.
We know well that Michael is a faithful servant of God who loves his family and cares about his work family.
Reading about Loretta's life, it is easy to see how Michael became the strong man that he is.
But even the strong grow weary when storms come. The loss of a beloved mother, grandmother and wife can take your breath away.
Holley Gerth, an author of Christian literature and greeting cards, once wrote;

Hope is more than a word---
It is a state of being.
It's a firm believe that even if you don't know how,
Even if you don't know when,
God will come through and better days are ahead.
Life brings rain
Hope dances in the puddles
Until the sun comes out again.

There is absolutely no doubt that Loretta is in Heaven
There is absolutely no doubt that the Smagala family will be reunited one day
And there is absolutely no doubt that God will comfort this family through this life storm.

Our deepest condolences to your family,
Marc Akesson, Paulette Adamis, John Craft, Cynthia D'Andrea, Ginette Herum, Chaitanya Patel, Tom Pisciotta, Roselie Rystak, David Smith.
