Lori Burns Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 8, 2024.
Lori Catherine "Cathy" Burns, 65, of Ozark, AR passed peacefully from this earth on October 4, 2024 in Roswell, GA.

She was born April 1, 1959 to the late Joe Ann (Calvert) and Robert Dale Burns in Ypsilanti, MI.

Cathy moved to Arkansas in 1994 where she enjoyed growing plants and flowers in her yard along the river. She loved watching the barges and trains travel past Ozark as she relaxed on her patio with her dog. Cathy also enjoyed her time as a member of the Lions Club in Ozark.

She was predeceased by her son, Jason Lawerence Brown and her longtime partner James "Jay" D Logan. She is survived by her daughter Joanne Catherine (David) Whittington, her granddaughter Lillian Catherine Whittington and her brother Robert Scott (Theresa) Burns.

Cathy does not wish to have a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to American Stroke Association.
