Your Mom was one terrific lady. I had the pleasure of visiting with her every month while cutting her hair. She would always show me her latest crafting project. A very talented lady. She always had a way with words and for telling stories. On our last visit she told me of her grandsons wedding, and the special treatment she received. She was so happy. I also admired a rocker in her living room and she proceeded to tell me that it was your fathers and showed me the book beneath the cushion. Cherish all those wonderful memories, she will always be with you. God bless.

Our deepest Sympathies go out to the entire Easter family at this very difficult time. As a child I spent many summers at the Easters home in Witherbee. I remember Uncle Tom dropping me off at his mom & dad's for the first time.I was very nervous not knowing who they were or if they would like a young kid from the city. I quickly found out that John & Lorraine were the nicest people I had ever met. They welcomed me with open arms. Lorraine would always be in the kitchen cooking pies or you could find her knitting. When John & I would come in from splitting wood, Lorraine would have some awesome homemade iced tea. At nite we would all sit around the fire at the house and cook hot sausage and hot dogs. I will always cherish the fond memories I had up there in the Mountains. I will never forget the frendliest couple I have ever known!! God bless the Easters, you will always be in our hearts and prayers...Love you forever, Vern!!
