LOUIS J., Jr.
Of Brookline, went to be with The Lord suddenly on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Linda (Mackey); father of Samuel J. (Angela) and Dana M. Stringe; son of Theresa Smith and the late Louis J. Stringe, Sr.; brother of Theresa Eggerton, Jerry (Tracey) Stringe, Frances (Tom) Rohrich and Bill Smith; loving pappy of Alexandra, Joshua, Nicolette and Jacob; also many nieces, nephews and good friends. Friends will be received at the FRANK F. DeBOR FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES 1065 Brookline Blvd., (412- 561- 0380) FRIDAY ONLY 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Stinge's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Dear Linda and Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Louie was a special man. I loved listening to him talk and his blue eyes.
He was such a kind and giving man. The day my father passed...Louie came down to offer his condolences. Then he asked little Ben, 'Hey, do you want to go up the street to play with the kids?' Ben said 'Oh, yes'...he held Lou's hand, waved goodbye and away they went. On such a difficult day it was so nice to know Ben was taken care of and happy. Thank you Louie and family.
