Lucian Robinson Obituary
GARLAND — Mr. Lucian "LJ" Robinson Jr., 97, of 365 Parkersburg Road, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at Vidant Health in Greenville.
Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his wife, Nettie Brown Robinson; parents, Lucian Robinson Sr. and Mary Anna Wright Robinson.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at Smith Chapel Church, by Elder Monde Parker. Entombment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Robinson is survived by three daughters, Mary Williams (Keith), Cynthia Oates (Glenn). Fonda Rowe (Shawn); three sons, Harold Robinson (Lizzie) Lucian Robinson III (Ossie), Sylvester Robinson (Evelyn); eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces & nephews.
The will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
