Luke Downing Obituary
Luke was born on January 13th, 1993 to Gary Downing and Christina Givens in Medina, Ohio. He was an avid music lover and enjoyed playing guitar, banjo, and his ole' didgeridoo. Luke was also artistic, a talented painter, and one of those people who could make even the grumpiest person laugh. The sound of his laughter was contagious, to say the least.
Luke will be forever missed by his: father Gary Downing; grandmother Nancy Downing; grandfather Thomas Downing; grandmother Jane Givens; sister Desiree Swan (Derek); niece Jaedyn and nephew Jaxson; aunt Tracy Ferguson (Charles); cousin Kaitlyn Loshak (Andre); cousin Christian Oelkers; and "special" family friend, John Schinker.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Christina Givens and grandfather Jack Givens.
Our family has been devastated as we have watched addiction slowly take our Lukie from us.
Celebration of Life in honor of Luke will be held on Saturday, November 18th from 2-5 at 2046 Homewood Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004

My nephew. I can not even begin to count the memories with you Luke! You were so ornery as a kid! I would get so irritated with your crazy antics. But through it all, you know I always loved you. I´m just sorry I couldn´t help you.
