I have always enjoyed his sermons and messages. A warm and caring soul...May God continue to watch over his family.

Been wondering why he hadn't made a new series, and was going to ask him to, for those of us who truly love him. He was so vibrant it never occurred to me that he was sleeping IN Jesus and that was the reason for his silence. I should have known that only the grave would silence him for just a little while... A few more days and we will see his smiling face standing beside his Best Friend and Brother, Jesus. Sure hope I can buy a selection of his sermons. MaryJane in Georgia. We never met, but oh, how Lyle helped me to LOVE JESUS! Lyle was my television mentor and friend!

He was a great preacher. I used to like his sermons , I still do of course. I like his style of preaching, his smiles and the way he used to laugh, as he recalled events he went through in life, and those precious moments he shared with his friends, family and grand children. He had this Christian warmth which attracted me and millions of other people across the world. Rest in peace , Lyle.

I wish to say that I loved him as a Godly man when I first got "Sky Angel" (now DISH satellite) some years ago. I learned so much re: his history lessons, humor, sadness, calling folks "my dears," and of course the Gospel. Loved the fact that his programs were on both morning and night. I'm soon to be 61. Due to many issues, it's not always easy for me to view his show once weekly 6:00 a.m. Saturdays. Many times I laughed/cried, but not in vain. Had an odd feeling he went home to be with Jesus. THANKS, Mr. Albrecht!

It was a pleasure and an inspiration to know and work with Lyle during both of his terms of employment at NPH. He was a blessing to all who knew him, to the ministry of NPH, and to the invisible church.
