Margaret Carter Obituary
She was born October 26, 1941 in San Antonio, TX to Felix Adcock and Eula Mae Bassinger. She lived a life of devotion to her entire family and Christian faith.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, husband John W. Tyrone and sisters, Linda Mae White and Wanda Fae Adcock Crowder.
Margaret was a graduate of Patti Welder High School class of 59'. Her greatest passions and proudest moments were playing tennis in high school and the births of her five grandchildren, and her three great grandchildren.
At the age of 62 she humbled herself and sought after a close relationship with Jesus Christ, studied the bible and became a baptized disciple attending The Greater Houston Church where she explains she never had true, deep friendships until she met the women of her church. She was always very inspired by the love she has always been shown from her church family and she as well has inspired many with her hard fighting, persevering, gentle spirit. She enjoyed serving God in and out of church, her bible talk group, her card buddies, her exercise group at her complex, socializing, and gatherings with family and friends was something she loved while cooking to feed them, especially her famous enchiladas.
Margaret now leaves behind her legacy of love through her younger brother Dale Glenn Adcock (Cathy), niece Abby Adcock and nephew Jimmy Crowder. Her daughters Cynthia Baldwin and Laurie Lee (Prince). Grandchildren, Aubrany Lee Callaway (Kelin), Torrence La'Sean Lee, Amber Lee, Princeton Lee, Langston Lee, and Karlyssia Hastings Lee. Also followed by her great grandchildren Zyon King, Major Lee Callaway and Skylar Renee Hastings.
She leaves behind many others who were also special in her life including her dearest friends, Susan Young, Virginia Dotten, Bobbie Jenkens, Eileen Holton and Roberta Holmes.

Oh Laurie i am so sorry for your loss. I didn't even know. So sorry. I feel your pain. My condolences to you and your family. May God give you peace, comfort, and understanding during this difficult times. Please know that she is still with you in spirit. You are a very special daughter. I am sure that God is very well pleased with... You took very good care of your mama while she was on earth. Just look at is like mama went on a vacation to a beautiful paradise island and she is having the time of her life. You will be ok she is in a better place and in very good hands. Laurie my prayers are with you sweetie. I want to say I know what you're going through but I don't. I can say this although the pain seem endless for you, your mom pain is at rest. there are no words that I can say to ease your heart, I've been there and done that!! I do know that when I began to let God be my Comforter, He began to fill that empty spot and it never goes away sweetie, but He eases the ache!! Keep her memories embedded in your heart and you will see that they will start to make you smile instead of being sad and you will know that she is not suffering anymore and she's peaceful!!
