MARIA A. BALENGER
On Thursday October 28, 2010, Maria A. Balenger of Annandale, VA. Beloved wife of the late John A. Balenger. She is survived by her daughter Juanita Balenger, Joanne and Jim Cheves, and many dear friends. Friends may call at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:15 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 4 at 12 p.m. at St. Michaels Catholic Church, 7401 Saint Michaels Lane, Annandale, VA 22003. Interment to follow at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michaels Catholic Church (Attn: Dome Project), or Virginia Society for Human Life, 6767 Forest Hill Ave., Suite 270, Richmond, VA 23225.www.fmfh.com

Juanita, you are such a strong and wonderful gal and your Mother is going to be so missed. I have so many fond memories of you two together. Your relationship with your Mom was truly something I wished I had had with my own mother. I have no doubt the Lord has lots of work for her to do on the other side and that she has jumped right in to serve. All the best and lots of love, jenny

Juanita; My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad and difficult time. I did not know your mother well but I always saw her kindness and her deep faith, which always was inspiring to me. She is in a far better place and you must remember you were amazingly dutiful to her. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
