Marie Wollf

WOLLF - Marie (Goertzen) went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on December 5, 2007, after a hard fought battle with cancer. She was born in the Osler area on July 31, 1940 to Peter and Helena (Driedger) Goertzen. She is survived by her children, Dave and Jean Wollf, Hague, SK; Margaret and Dan Andres, Hague, SK; Lisa and Glen Penner, Hague, SK; Joe and Ruth Wollf, Osler, SK; Dan and Darlene Wollf, Chilliwack, BC; Peter and Peggy Wollf, Hague, SK; Eve and Dan Giesbrecht, Osler, SK; Jacob and Eva Wollf, Hague, SK; Marie and Martin Peters, Osler, SK; Kathy and Mark Hyde, Virginia (USA); Ben and Alison Wollf, Abottsford, BC; Andrew Wollf, Abbotsford, BC; and 32 grandchildren. She is survived by her mother, Helena Goertzen; three brothers, Neal and Ruby Goertzen, Fairview, AB, Peter and Margaret Goertzen, LaCrete, AB; Joe and Brenda Goertzen, Grande Prairie, AB; five sisters, Justine Friesen, Westlock, AB, Elizabeth and Dan Halverson, Summerland, BC; Helen Braun, LaCrete, AB; Marge and Pete Wolfe, LaCrete, AB, numerous nieces and nephews. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Jacob J. Wollf; daughter, Helen; grandson, Mark Penner; father, Peter Goertzen; sister, Eve Goertzen; parents-in-law, Jacob P, Wollf and Katherina Wollf. As well many extended family and friends mourn her passing. Viewing will be on Sunday December 9, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 206 2nd St. W. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. from the Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Rev. Henry Janzen and Rev. Lawrence Fehr officiating.
