Mark Cresse Obituary
Mark Cresse passed away on May 5, 2013 at the Vitas Hospice Center on Merritt Island. Mark was born June 22, 1956 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
He attended schools in Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach and graduated from UCF with a degree in Education. He taught Science at Cocoa High for 13 years.
Mark lost his twin bother, Mike, when Mike was killed in the Harbour Cay Condominium Collapse in 1981. Mark is survived by his mother, Wynn Lamoureux and her husband, Don; father, Lewis Cresse; sister, Tanya Hansen and her husband, Pat; niece and nephew, Haley and Logan Hansen; brother, Chuck Watson (Kathy) and Mark's ex wife, Gail Cresse.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 14th, from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. at 418 Brightwaters Drive in Cocoa Beach. Casual dress please. For directions call 783-2077.

Mr. Cressey was the best teacher ever, if more teachers had his spirit and love, education would really matter to the students! You are missed everyday, hope you're surfing your heart out in heaven! Much Love and Respect to the best teacher that ever was!!!

There are only a few teachers that I still would think about after high school and Mr. Cresse was one of them.
His kind heart and his teaching was a gift to all of us students.

One of the first people I met moving here in 81. WE often pondered the awful coincidence I moved here the day he lost his brother .
