Mark truly cared for his client and took the oath of the bar seriously when it came to vigorously defending his client. Unlike many attorney's, he wasn't just about collecting a check and see you later.
If Mark had not passed, I truly believe I wouldn't be wearing an ankle bracelet now!

Mark was a man of letters and of the law. He was a consummate attorney and a credit to the profession. The 12th Judicial Circuit will miss him.

I grew up with Mark. His father saved my life after a bad fall from the top of a tree. But my memories of Mark and his family come from Lake Hollingsworth where we boated with many friends, the Yacht Club, Anna Maria Island, and going to school with him. He was always one of a kind and so nice. Marilee -my heart goes out to you but know that Mark is with his Dad now and that he will always be in your heart.

To the family of Mark Lipinski,
You probably don't know me, but I was very close to Mark's parents. As orthopedic surgeons Stan & I did a lot of work together with and for the Florida Orthopedic Society. Knowing Stan's work ethic, I know where Mark's work ethic came from.
May God bless you all now and forevermore.

I am/ was a client of Marks. Since day one, Mark treated me with respect, yet also with stern advice for my case. I had so much respect for his abilities that I placed my future in his competent hands. I am at a loss without his guidance. I realize that many others will miss him for many more important reasons than I. But I am writing this because Mark was so dedicated to his profession and his clients that I know how important our well being was to him. I believe it was his crowning glory , how he sacrificed his personal life to dedicate his life to defending all of us.

Dear, Mark;
Thanks for being there for me when no one else was.
I'll never forget when I walked into your office for the first time and you treated me with such great respect and explained things in depth.
The many visits on weekends and holiday's were very memorable and downright old school special, complete with soft drinks and pretzels.
Rest in peace knowing that you've made the world a little bit better place.
God bless your family & the families involved!

Mark, I enjoyed our visits and appreciate your help in my time of need. You were indeed a fine attorney and better person. I knew you from our early years in Lakeland. Everyone there knew your father and you achieved that in Bradenton. You will be missed.

Mark was more than just the attorney I called whenever I needed him, he was a sweet, caring man; a big teddy bear. Whenever he called me or vice versa, the first words that came out of his mouth were, "Hey, Kid, how ya doing?" One day I asked him why he referred to me as "kid." Mark replied, "Because you sound like a little girl on the phone!" Mark worked constantly; he never stopped. I would always tell him, "Mark, you need to take some time off!" But his reply was always the same, "I've got too much work to do." Mark was always there to assist the citizens of Manatee and Sarasota County. He even traveled nearly three hours away to help me with a case last year. My heart goes out to Marilee, his lovely wife. She's a sweet, kind woman. This "kid" will miss you, Mark.

Mark was part of a great group of friends at the University of Florida back in the 70s. If I had to describe him in 3 words they would be charming, brilliant, and funny. He could talk to anyone about anything and always make you laugh. He was really a beautiful human being. After school he went on to become a successful attorney, as we all had no doubt he would. I wish we had stayed in touch better over the years. I am glad to see the outpouring of love from so many who called him friend. I'm glad I was one of them. Rest in peace Mark the Melodious. You had a great life. It was just too short.

Marilee and family,
Although it has been many years, I will never forget the times of going over to the Lipinski home in the latter morning of Christmas and spending time with the family. Mark always saying "Pearman" how are you? The Irby family will have many memories for years to come and will treasure them all.
My prayers to our Savior are that God will give you peace and strength as you walk this hard journey. God bless you all
