Mark NEILSON Obituary
May 26, 1963-November 23, 2013
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Joseph Neilson, suddenly at the age of 50. Beloved son of Susan and George, devoted brother to Tom, the late Michael, Anne (Brian), Matthew (Barb), Mary Theresa (Michael) and Susan (Warren). Wonderful uncle to Bryan, Zachary, Michael Jr., Emma, Samantha, Madison, Grace and Ryan. Dear friend of Walter Streblinsky and Veronica Lorriman Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Annunciation of the Lord Roman Catholic Church, 2414 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa on Wednesday November 27th, 2013 at 11 a.m. Donations in memory of Mark can be made to Ottawa Muscular Dystrophy Association.

To the Neilson Family,
My husband and I had the privelege of knowing your son as we worked together at Wendy's on Montreal Rd for a few years together. Mark was an amazing individual, with a wicked sense of humour. We had quite a few laughs together over our time. We last saw Mark as he was still working at Wendy's, shortly before his passing. It was nice to see him in such a familiar form. We are so sorry to hear of this world's great loss. Our sincerest condolences.
