Marquisha Pugh Obituary
For ten years, Quisha worked as a dedicated community healthcare worker, where her passion for helping others shone brightly.
Quisha had a remarkable gift for bringing people together. As the family's go-to event planner, organizer, decorator, and chef, she found joy in taking care of those she loved. Above all, she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
A devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother (Gigi), favorite cousin, and friend, Quish touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, especially with her husband of 23 years, Rodney M. Pugh; her mother, Amanda Edwards; father, Willie Edwards; mother-in-law, Ethel "Lois" Pugh; her sons, David (Tanecia) Favors of San Diego, CA, Adrian (Aeri) Favors, Richard McBride Jr., Quincy McBride (Latavia) and Brandon Pugh, all of Warren, OH; her siblings, Yalonda (Luther) Nicolas of Reynoldsburg, OH, Dalonda McMillan of Warren, OH, Tracy McMillan-Robinson of Farrell, PA, Pamela (Charles) West of Miami, FL, and her brother, Willie James Davis of Miami, FL. She also leaves her beloved uncle, Albert L. Favors of Warren, OH, and twelve grandchildren.
Marquisha was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ethel and David Favors Sr.; her brother, Bradrick McMillan; and her father-in-law, Milton Williams Jr.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the Community Church of God in Christ, 310 Austin Ave., SW, Warren OH. Family will receive friends at 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place at Pineview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Staton Borowski Funeral Home.

She was my co-worker at the hospital and she was a very sweet person..She would always talk about her trips with her family..I'm so glad I got to see you this spring, God rest her soul, God bless her family..

God place people in your Life for a reason a season and forever, Marquisha for me started out as a reason for me to become more then there was a season for me to develop finally a forever that Marquisha and I formed! We might not have spoken with each other or even saw each other often but we shared a SistahGirl Friendship that only at times when we sat in silence we were able to pick up where we left off at as if we talked to each other daily! She could depend me and I could depend on her! Marquisha will always be with me as she left a piece of herself in everybody she met!

Prayers and Condolences to the family. Mandy, Ray, Rodney, Sons and the rest of the family. I remember when we were kids me and Quisha playing jacks at Sister´s house and we was always going to L&B store. Always had a smile on her face.
