Martin Casey will be missed. He was a great sponsor for many sports teams in South Minneapolis.
From the days on West Lake St, to the Cardinal Bar, he never changed. He was always glad to see you and had a smile on his face.
May he rest in peace.

I was sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Casey. I have known him for quite a few years and have always thought he was a great guy. His wit and stories from when he was a kid in Ireland still bring a smile to my face. Each year I came home for a visit I made a point to go to the Cardinal and he always had a big hug and a story for me. He will be missed. Take care of yourselves and know that you are all in my thoughts & prayers.

This is a wonderful family, and Martin was the Dad that we all wish we had growing up. His wit, mixed with humour and charm are something that can not be learned, they are a God given gift and the world was lucky to have had him. Much love and respect..

Condolances to Martins family. I am a daughter of his first cousin Frank Cullinan who was from from Monmore, Kilrush, Co Clare. My father told us very lilttle of his family history but with the name Casey they must have been related to my Grandmother.

I moved to Minneapolis 40 years ago and Caesys on Lake St. was where I met many lifelong friends. I also playd softball for Caseys and Casey always called us 'his girls'. 30 years later I walked into the Cardinal and Casey recognized me. He said you were one of my girls and I proudly admitted I was. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. My condolences to his family.
