MARY B. LOCNISKAR

of Lawrence, Kansas died Sunday, November 8, 2008 at her home. She was born January 10, 1916 in Welland, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Constanty Bazan and Mary Michaluk Bazan. She graduated from high school in Detroit, Michigan. Mrs. Locniskar was a homemaker; she enjoyed singing and oil painting. She married John Frank Locniskar January 31, 1948, they celebrated 42 years together. He died in September of 1990. Survivors include a daughter Mary Frances Locniskar, of Lawrence, KS; a son, Roger John Locniskar, Amesbury, Massachusetts; and a step son, Dana Locniskar. A memorial service will be 11a.m. Saturday, November, 14, 2009 at the Chapel of Flowers in White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
