MATTHEW CONN Obituary
MATTHEW EDWARD
Age 23, of Bridgeville, after a courageous battle, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012. Beloved son of Juliann "Judy" Conn and Mark Conn; stepson of Brian Reagan; loving brother of Jessica Conn and her fiance Chris Newton; twin brother of the late Andrew Conn; grandson of Joe and Judith Zuffuto and the late Walter and Gloria Halley; nephew of Michelle and Richard Mente, Janet Belejac, Kim Naz, Jamie Conn and Jim Comley; also survived by numerous cousins; special friend of The Mishkins, Carpo, Jenna, Josh, Jamie, Karen and all the remaining staff who cared for Matt. Matthew touched the hearts of many. He was a 2007 graduate of Carlynton High School. He also attended Pathfinder, McGuire Institute & Barber Institute. Matthew was a Charter member of the Hot Shots of Allegheny County Special Olympics. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUER- FRYER. Friends welcome 430 Washington Ave., Bridgeville, 412-221-3800, on Sunday 2-4 and 6-9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics, 404 1st St., Heidelberg, PA 15106 and Barber National Institute, 100 Vallani Rd., Bridgeville, PA 15017. So shocked and saddened to hear. He brought so much happiness into this world that I know he will get much in the next. At peace at last. My condolences to the entire family, both by blood and by choice. Felt lucky to get to know him through the Mishkins.

Judy and family, I am so very sorry for the loss of Matt. He was a great young man and always full of life and spunk! He lived a tough life, but he is at peace now. When I hear The Brady Bunch or the Adams Family, I always think of him! I always got a chuckle while I was driving the bus and I would hear "Mr. Andrew, I love you!"

I was blessed to have Matt as a patient. His spunk and humor will never be forgotten. He gave he best hugs I ever got from a patient and touched my heart. He was loved by everyone that met him. I know he is in heaven dancing to his music and smiling down on us all.

Matt was a witty & wise soul.

It was an honor to know him~ & it was an honor that he looked forward to our sessions @ Dr. Khoury's office. He was the result of an amazing mom that never ceased doing right by him~

Judy and Family... May you endure these days of loss and arrive at a place of peace and understanding. There is no death, only change... and beyond the loss we receive different gifts. May the precious memories and joys you hold so close be of some comfort. In your tears may you know the embrace of sweet memories. Words are difficult in the light of your enormous loss. We (Curt, I and Danielle) hold you close to us... in our thoughts and prayers. You are not alone... you are in the company of many caring hearts.
