MATTHEW HENNINGER Obituary
Age 39, of James Island, husband of Leigh Henninger, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2014. He was born to William and Janice Henninger of Wadmalaw Island, SC. Matt was a graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School in Mt. Lebanon, PA and graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. He owned and operated M & A Construction Company. Matt loved the outdoors and he enjoyed and appreciated music with family and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, Matt is survived by his two sisters, Kathleen Johnson (J.R.) of Germany and Beth Mathewes (Christopher) of Wadmalaw Island; his parents-in-law, Kelly and Stan King of Anderson. In addition to his aunts, Maxyne, Nora, Barbara, Mary, and Carolyn; uncles, Robert and Jay; and many cousins, he will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews, Riley, Vivienne, Eleanor, Henry, Owen, Gigi, Caleb, and Liam; sister-in-law, Aimee McIntosh (Darren) of Phoenix. Family and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service, 3 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Folly River Park (on the left as you enter Folly Beach). As Job well knew, God's will is to resurrect the dead. When that day arrives, death will truly be brought to nothing. And never again will anyone wonder, Does death end it all?
