Maxine GrosjeanMcIntosh Will Be Missed Maxine Grosjean McIntosh, 69, of Orem, died March 18, 2004, at the Utah Valley Regional v Medical Center in Provo. She was born January 7, 1935, in Logan, Utah to Albert C. and Verrell Sprouse Grosjean. She married Donald V. McIntosh, July 1, 1959 in Provo, Utah. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, January 9, 1964. She was educated in Provo and attended Brigham Young University and Dental Assisting Training School in Seattle, Washington. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a Relief Society president and in various other ward and stake callings. She was currently serving on the Relief Society Board. She was an active member of Les Femmes and Olesca Literary Club. She worked for Dr. John Chambers as his dental office manager for 14 years. Survivors include her husband, Don, of Orem; a son, David A. McIntosh, Sarasota, Florida; a daughter, Susan (Dan) Crabtree, Gridley, California; two grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Josh and Brady. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 22nd, at 11 a.m. in the Sunset Heights Sixth Ward, 500 South 600 West, Orem. Friends may visit Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem, and Monday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

We are sorry to hear of Maxine's death. She is a sweet lady and we always thought very highly of her. She will be missed by all who knew her. Don, be assured our prayers are with you.
