Mike, We are grateful to our Lord for your life and what you meant to so many people including our family. Gods calling on your life was evident as you ministered and encouraged all those whom He sent your way. Your beautiful family is a testament of your Godly leadership. We want to thank you and Anna for raising Monique in her early years. You both made a great & wonderful impact on her life. Your love and kindness will stay with her forever. Who knew that only a few miles away from us, that little girl whom you cared for would one day become the mommy of our beautiful grandchildren. We are truly grateful to both of you. We miss you. There are no Good-byes to those who are in Christ Jesus but only See You Later. So Brother we say to you, See You Later. Love, Lupe & Rod

Mike was a blessing to myself and my family. I want to thank him for hooking up all the beautiful classic cars for our wedding. You were a huge part of our church family. Our church will never be the same without you. Sometimes I wonder why all the best ones go. But maybe God calls the best to rest with Him. Only God knows, and I know we will see you again in heaven! Thanks for not judging me when I was at my worst,You always had words of encouragement. My family will never forget your laugh, your jokes and your light! We love you and your beautiful family. Rest in paradise with Jesus.

Miguel and I will miss Mike, our compadre. He was one of a kind, and in a class of his own. We loved him so much and it is still so hard to believe he is not with anymore. He was truly one fun and crazy person. His family is our family too. We love Anna and the kids so much, and for so long, and that's why we consider them family. I'm sure he is loving being in the presence of our Lord. He was truly a man after God's heart. R.I.P. Mike, we will see you soon. Our condolences to Comadre Anna and the kids. God bless you all.

My name is Willie Williams I just wanted to say that Mike was a very good friend of mine he was more than a friend he was like my brother I lost two brothers in the past and Mike was like my oldest brother Curtis Mike was more than my brother he's an educator he gave me a voice to help people understand that there's more to life then proverty homelessness and failure I speak up today because Mike gave me that voice back to let me know that I am somebody and I can stand up to anything so To Who It May Concern I hope it reaches the right ears my name is Willie Williams but they call me big herb thank you for allowing the opportunity to express myself about my friend. May God bless his wife and his children. Thank you for allowing Mike to share his life with me

Mike and I shared a space in the same office. He called me his "cellie". He jokingly said he was able to tolerate me in the office because I love oldies like he did. He spoke of his family with such pride and joy. Mike was dedicated to serving the community. He reached out to me a couple of weeks before his passing to try and connect someone to services. That speaks volumes to me. Even in his own time of illness he wanted to help someone else. Mike will be missed. I will miss his compulsion of keeping things clean in the office and his story telling as well as his jokes. Its hard to adapt to the office without Mike, but I know he would want us to continue servicing the community. You will always be a part of the Crossroads family Mike.

Mike was a 'one of a kind' character. Strong minded, handy man, jokester, always helping others and as loyal as they come. He use to tell me that we would be good "cell mates" if we were busted. He said we we would laugh so much we would forget we were incarcerated. But, he also said we would have to "fight every couple weeks" because we got on each other's nerves so much. Then we could go back to laughing!

I learned a lot from you Mike. At different times in my life you supported me by filling many roles. A brother, friend, coworker, uncle and spiritual advisor. You can not be replaced. A part of me feels LOST. May you rest in heaven with all the other loved ones who went before you. Save a few laughs for when I get up there! Much love and Respect brother.

I tell him to cherish all the good memories you both shared and to talk to you every night to help him cope with this tragic loss of a father figure you were for him. Mike I just want to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart for leading our family to Church and for being a TRUE friend when Rich needed one. I think you being in that Hospital was Gods will and what is saved Richard from a lot of problems. There wasn't a day that you didn't check on him or us and Angel to see if we needed anything. Throughout the day you sent prayers to keep him focused as his world seemed like it was crashing. That one tragedy has become such a BLESSING we have joined Calvary Chapel we have been able to become close to you and your Family and most of all you led us to God as a Family. I Love you for that my Brother in Christ till we all reunite again tell all my Loved ones Hello and we will make sure that Anna and the kids are always good.
