Michael Campbell Obituary
'Mighty' Mike; beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, friend and avid sportsman. He enjoyed everything from hunting, fishing, farming, bow hunting, canoeing, playing pool, farming, diving, cake-making, rescuing cats, captaining boats and helping others. He truly enjoyed his work as a tree surgeon.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Jan of Brewer; are his wife, Cordula, two sons, Garret and Jacob, all of Brewer; sister, Karen Campbell of Carrabassett Valley; brother, Tim of Eddington; grandfather, Louis R. Bligh of Brewer; two sisters-in-law, Gina Bryant of Cherryfield and her fiancé, Kevin Brooks, Wendy Argleben and her husband, Jeff of Eddington; four nieces, Shannon Westphal and her husband, Brendon, Asia Wallings and her husband, Mason, and Maya Bryant and Olivia Argleben.
Please join us in Michael attire, for a celebration of his life, 10 A.M. Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Calvary Chapel, 154 River Rd., Orrington. Donations in his memory may be sent for an Educational Fund for his sons, C/O Brewer Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 189, Brewer, 04412. Nice to read all the memories of Michael. He had many hats; son, brother, husband and DAD, Uncle (love the pic Wendy), brother-in-law, friend, neighbor, co-worker, Boss! He gave Ian his first job what an encouraging soul. Praying for all of you, that the holy spirit will comfort you through the days. I did not know Mike really well but knew enough from those that did, this is a loss beyond words. I shared a few beers and a game or two of pool to know what a kind and helpful person he was. Time will pass but thoughts of your untimely passing will not. Rest well.
