Michael J. McAuliffe, age 87, of Dover, NH, passed away peacefully, November 30, 2022.
Born October 22, 1935 in Schenectady, New York, son of Martin and Carmella (Reveglia) McAuliffe, he resided in Wayne, New Jersey for years, retired to New Bern, North Carolina for twenty years and lived in Dover, NH the past five years.
A Veteran of the United States Army, he served in Korea.
Michael worked for many years as a Computer Programmer.
Michael enjoyed skiing, playing golf, building model airplanes of WWII history and doing crossword puzzles. While living in, North Carolina, he enjoyed volunteering with the New Bern community garden.
Survived by his wife of 63 years: Jeannette S. (Morris) McAuliffe, their daughter Stacey & her husband Girard Thurrott, 3 grandchildren: Zachary, Rachel and Julien, also a sister Marlene Norton. Predeceased by his son Kevin McAuliffe.
