Age 46, after a long fight with cancer, on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, formerly of Arlington section of Pittsburgh. Beloved husband of Stacey (Vixman); loving father of Brooke; beloved brother of Christina Kuczma; beloved son of the late Frank and Mary Ann Kuczma, and Michael Zayac, Sr.; beloved son-in-law of Millee (Oles) Jacobs; beloved uncle of Mia Doris, and Takara Jacobs.
