OBITUARY NOTICE MICHEL Y. DUBE MANCHESTER – Michel Y. Dube, 60, died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at The Catholic Medical Center, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Dube was born in Coaticook, Quebec, Canada, November 3, 1949, the son of Maurice J. and Anna (Charest) Dube. He was raised in Canada and moved to the United States when he was 16 years old, and has resided in Manchester for the past 44 years. He was employed as a painter and worked for Sapounas Company. Mr. Dube enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. Members of his family, in addition to his mother, include; his wife of 16 years, Angele (D'Anjou) Dube, of Manchester; one son, Steve I. Dube, of Manchester; 1 stepson, Michel D'Anjou, of Coaticook, Quebec, Canada; 2 sisters, Nancy Boire, of Stanhope, Canada; Denise McAfee, of Allenstown, NH; several nieces and nephews. IN HIS LIFE: In addition, other family members include; his daughter-in-law, Mandie Dube, of Manchester; 4 grandchildren, Sable Dube, Rhiannon Dube, Celeste D'Anjou and Cedric D'Anjou. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Monday, May 24, from 4:00 – 9:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 PM. To view an online register book and memorial please go to www.phaneuf.net. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association, 2 Wall Street, Suite 105, Manchester, NH 03101, in memory of Mr. Dube.
