REICH, Miriam (née IVRY)
Peacefully on Thursday, June 15, 2017 in her 107th year. Beloved wife of the late Marcus. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Susie (Harriet) and Alan Tenenhouse, Lawrence and Carolyn Reich. Adoring grandmother of Lee Tenenhouse and Pierre Sicco, Ruth and Dan Hirsh, Heather Reich and Kevin Katz, Rebecca Reich and Jonathan Assouline. Proud great-grandmother of Julien, Benjamin, Sebastien, Nathan, Remi, Gabrielle, Eli, Joey, Ilan, and Nissim. Predeceased by her siblings Harold, Sonya, Jenny, Leah, Saul, and Sidney. Miriam will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Euline George for her exceptional care and devotion. Sincere thanks to Marlene, Marie, Tessie, CLSC Metro de la Montagne, and all those who cared for Miriam over the years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, June 18 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, Adath Israel Section, de la Savane. Shiva at her son's home Sunday through Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Miriam Reich Scholarship Fund", c/o the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University, (514) 932-2133 or (416) 485-8000.

What a great loss. Auntie Miriam was the matriarch of our family. She was such a positive influence in my life. I'm missing her terribly.
