Myra Leybourne Sadly Passed away on 5th November 2008 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
Myra was a wonderful Wife, Mum and Nana and will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral at Amersham Crematorium on 17th November 2008 at 14.00hrs,
friends welcome. Family flowers only. Donations to Clic Sergeant & Churchill Kidney Foundation c/o KY Green - 01296 482041
