April 24, 1928–March 9, 2015. Myra was born in Detroit MI. She had an amazing spiritual & angelic gift. Parents: Grant & Blanche Allen. She survived 7 siblings. Myra married Bruno Popowitz in May 1955. Children: Edward & Ephraim Popowitz, Janie Davis, Laurie Legere, Terry Popowitz & Allie Peters. Grandchildren Lindsey Lorelle Legere - Wissing & Michael Anthony Davis. MIL to David Peters. She loved acting, sporty cars (Nash, Del Rey, Jaguar), ballroom dancing and the outdoors.
She was our Mom!

Every day I cherish the time I had with you. I miss you more and more each day. Thank you for loving us all individually. To quote you, "I love all my children the same". Thank you for being the most beautiful Mother in the world. God blessed us with a beautiful angel. A gift from God. You loved & sacrificed for each one of your children as well as for others in need. You always put us & others before yourself. Your face radiated with the light of our Lord & Savoir. May you always be with us in everything we do. My hope is that we can always have the strength & be as vigilant in our Christian beliefs as you were.
