Nancy Stafford Obituary
She was born in Houston Texas on Saturday August 19th 1939 to her loving parents John and Lucille Durham, and graduated from St. Agnes Catholic High School; shortly after graduation she attended North Harris Co. Community College. She then worked for Walgreens for 25 years, all while raising her two girls and finding time to craft and enjoy watching Nascar. She was the kind of person that never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Lucille Durham, grandparents A.J. and Eulalie Smith, Anna- Marie Durham; and her brother Bubba.
She is survived by her brother Bobby; her two daughters Liesa Gavlick and her husband Tom, Teresa Smithey and her husband Buddy; her grandchildren; Krystal Marsh, Nathaniel Clark, Kaitlin Burlason, Cody Clark, Beau Clark. Great Grandchildren; Belle Marsh, Emily Marsh, Harper Marsh, Bryson Burlason, her friends, Scarlett Taylor and Carol Schottie; her nephews, Danny, Mike, Jimmy, Paul, Ray, David; and her pets Truly and Chance.
Visitation will be at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on Friday November 23rd from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 24th at 2 p.m. Interment in Calvary Hill Cemetery.
