ARKVILLE- Nedra E. Riccoboni, loving wife of Cesare Riccoboni, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2014 at Margaretville Hospital. Born in Allaben, NY on January 18, 1924, she was the daughter of Marvin and Harriet Bussy. Nedra was predeceased by her sisters, Marie Reynolds and more recently Rose Schoonmaker. She is survived by her husband of forty years, Cesare (Chet) Riccoboni, daughter Lynette Keator, son Richard Griffin, granddaughter Tanya Griffin, great­ granddaughter Amanda DeWitt, step­son Timothy Riccoboni, step­-granddaughter Janine Tangredi, Donna Pangburn, Step grandson Robert Pangburn and great­-grandson's Joseph and Michael Tangredi. Nedra also has two nieces and a nephew. Nedra and Chet owned and operated the well known Ricci's Bar & Grill for many years in Arkville, NY. She also solely ran the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles in Arkville, NY for several years. Nedra was an advid golfer who lived to play golf with her friends and dearest friend, Betty Griffin and enjoyed her Monday card games with the girls. She also loved her flower gardens. Nedra was very dedicated to her husband Chet. She and Chet just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day. She had a great sense of humor and was a kind, wonderful and sweet lady who will be missed very much by her family and dear friends. There will be a celebration of Nedra's life on Saturday, March 8th, from 1pm­4pm at the Arkville Firehouse. Please come and join us for refreshments and remembrance of our wonderful Nedra. Anyone wishing to make donations, please send to Lynette Keator at 5 Thornwood Lane, Accord, NY 12404 for Chet in these difficult times.
