Nicholas Baehr Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 28, 2025.
Nicholas James Baehr, born January 16, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2025, in Celebration, Florida, just two days shy of his 42nd birthday.

Nick is survived by his devoted wife, Fabiana Lima Baehr; his father, James Baehr; his mother, Cathryn Adams; his step-father, John Adams; his brother, Stephen Baehr, and sister-in-law, Jennifer Baehr; and his cherished nieces, Lillian, Olivia, and Savannah Baehr; his sister, Susie Daniels. He also leaves behind his beloved huskies, Lyca and Fenrir. Nick was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Cathrine Burden.

Nick grew up in central Ohio before relocating to Florida in 2017. A skilled electrician by trade, he later pursued his entrepreneurial spirit by founding a business with his wife, Baehr Essentials. Nick's warmth and dedication extended beyond his work to the community he called home. As a resident of Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, Florida, he formed lasting friendships and became a trusted presence among neighbors.

The heartfelt tributes from those who knew him speak volumes about the person Nick was: generous, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand. His laughter and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he met.

A celebration of Nick's life will be held at Frankie Farrell's at Regal Palms Resort, 2700 Sand Mine Rd., Davenport, FL, on February 8 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. A graveside service will follow on March 7 at 3 p.m. at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, 5802 Elder Rd., Canal Winchester, Ohio. Afterward, family and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of life at Sweet Harmony, 30 Liberty St., Canal Winchester, Ohio, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Nick's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and the countless lives he touched. May his legacy bring comfort to all who mourn his loss.

Nick was a great friend. I had known him for years. I will miss the conversations we had and I wish his family, and wife, nothing but comfort in this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

He was recommended to us as The Guy who could make our remodel happen. His enthusiasm and ability to picture a creative end was inspiring! He earnestly loved to do the right thing for everyone. I'm so glad we got to know someone who had a big heart for Regal Palms as well as a tenacity to see things made right for homeowners there.
