WELLINGTON — Nicholas Ivan Roberts, 18, of Wellington, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015. He was born on May 14, 1997 in Oberlin to Ivan and Tina (nee Provoznik) Roberts.
Nicholas graduated from Wellington High School this past May and was currently working for the village of Wellington. He enjoyed playing video games with friends online and through gaming was able to communicate with people from all over the world. Nicholas loved animals and will be missed by his dog Flash. He will be remembered as a good and trustworthy kid. He was honest and straightforward, and an independent spirit.
Nicholas is survived by his loving parents, Ivan and Tina; brother, Joshua; grandparents, Ivan Sr. and Lois Sue Roberts, and Betty (Ron) Kreiling and Clarence Provoznik; great-grandmother, Elsie Roberts; and many aunts and uncles.
A reception was held Monday, Aug. 24 at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, Wellington.
