SANSON, Nicholas Nicholas passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 27, 2011 with his family by his side at the age of 92 years. He was predeceased by his parents Lena and John; brother George; sister Mary; and infant granddaughter Rebecca Lynn. Nick is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Dorothy; sons Timothy (Sharon), Terry (Arleen), George (Berni) of McLean, and Robert (Nicole) of Pilot Butte; only daughter Cathy (Skip) Campbell of Regina; 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. Nicholas and Dorothy farmed in the McLean area for 32 years, retiring to Regina in 1983. We would especially like to thank Dr. Keilly, Dr. Ferguson and the nurses on 4A of the Pasqua Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. A PRAYER SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. with Very Reverend Archpriest Father Slawomir Lomaskiewicz officiating. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Regina Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Donations in memory of Nicholas may be made to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation, P.O. Box 1697, Regina, SK S4P 3Z6.
