Nicholas Seamons Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Jan. 22 to Jan. 23, 2015.
Nicholas Kevin Seamons, 35, passed away Monday January 19, 2015 in Blackfoot, Idaho.
Nick was born on March 21, 1979 in Blackfoot, Idaho. Nick was the son of Mike and Deena Jurak of Kimberly, Idaho. His childhood was spent in Moreland, Hamer, and Dubois, Idaho before moving to Twin Falls, Idaho in 1997.
As a child, Nick enjoyed spending time with his brothers. They could always be found outside getting into mischief or concocting some scheme i.e parachuting off the roof with blankets, often finishing the day by sleeping under the stars.
Nick was an exceptional RC enthusiast, learning to fly his planes as good as a professional, although it took many practice flights (wrecked planes) to achieve this. Nick excelled at electronics and electronic repair. He was able to fix just about any TV, computer, or any other gadget. Without having any formal training, he seemed to just "know" how things worked.
Nick was a jack of all trades. Early in life, he swathed and ran grain carts. During the summers, he could also be found mixing and loading airplanes with the family business, Red Baron Ag. He helped brand calves and herd cattle and sheep for the local ranchers. His true passion was driving tractor trailers across the US, covering nearly every state in the Lower 48. He loved the solitude of the open road and was known for "never missing a gear".
Nick is survived by his parents, Mike and Deena Jurak; his three brothers, Clay (Ali), Cole (Tasha), and Jordan (Tiphaniee); his sisters, Jennifer Jurak and Jessica Schaak;  his grandmother, Donna Conan; his grandparents, Gary and Shirley Seamons; his son Kale Koehn; and Kevin Seamons; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Nick is preceded in death by his brother, Ty V Seamons; his grandfathers, Frank Conan and Mike Jurak IV; his grandmother, Dallas Jurak; his aunt, Francene Cummings; his uncle, Lynn Seamons; and his cousin Amy Cummings.
Funeral services for Nick will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. East, Twin Falls.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. A gathering for family and friends will take place from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, Twin Falls.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude for all the love and support shown by friends, family and members of the community. Nick was a kind and gentle soul who will be greatly missed. "Godspeed, Nicky."
