This sweet, gentle man was a joy to know! He and Betsy were so perfect together - she, the lively one, and he, quiet and thoughtful. He is greatly missed!

Norm was the true definition of a gentleman! I was so blessed and fortunate to have worked along side him. Everyone loved working with Norm. His calm demeanor under pressure and his patience with others was like no other. He was sorely missed when he left ABC, and he will be sorely missed now that he has left us.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Betsy and his family.
