Heartfelt condolences to Pat's family. Pat was always a ray of sunshine coming into our clinic and always made us feel good about our work, even on days when she didn't feel so good. It was truly an honor to be a part of her care team. She is missed.

Good bye my friend and hero. I have enjoyed 35 years of memories this past week and I'm happy I could hold your hand and talk one more time before you left. Though we will all miss you so, it's time to rest.
