Patricia Pearl "Pat" White

Patricia Pearl White, 77, of Ft. Cobb Oklahoma, passed away on February 22, 2024, in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pat, as she was affectionately known, was born on November 1, 1946, in Duncan, Oklahoma. She was a beloved member of the Highland Methodist Church and dedicated countless hours making sweet treats for coffee hour. Pat had a radiant smile that could brighten the darkest room and was known for her love, laughter, kindness, and quick wit.

In her career, Pat excelled as a hairdresser, beauty shop owner, and award-winning cosmetology instructor. She found joy in her work and touched the lives of many through her talents.

Pat's greatest joys in life included raising her four children and spending time with her loved ones. She had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs, Gizmo & Otis. She enjoyed playing games like dominos, wahoo, Yahtzee, and cards. Pat also found solace in nature, watching birds, and tending to her grapevines to make jelly.

She is survived by her brother, Murray "Speed" Savage, her children William Lee (Jamie) Cook, Lisa Christine (Jenn) Cook, Joyce Lee (Andrew) Wilson, Martin Lee (Jamee) Coombes, her grandchildren Aslee Hoyt, Lauren Hendrix, Ethan Cook, Hannah McCormick, Khaymon Ray, Hannah Brown, Hunter Ray, Natalie Wilson, Carter Wilson, Henry Wilson, Nathaniel Coombes, James Coombes, Lane Coombes, Clark Coombes. Great-grandchildren Ian Rhys Hoyt, Evelyn Brienne Hoyt, Ellie Grace McCormick, Simeon Michael McCormick, Oliver Brown, Oakley Brown, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Savage, brother John (Sandrell) Savage Jr, Sister Marietta Savage, Sister Rosemary (Don) Mitchell. 3 husbands, Billy White, J.L. Cook and the love of her life, Martin L. Coombs Sr.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 11, 2024, at 11am at Highland Methodist Church in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, with interment to follow at Ft. Cobb Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Highland Methodist Church in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, or Abode Hospice in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Patricia will be dearly missed and remembered for her warm smile, love, and the legacy of kindness she leaves behind.
