Patrick Haley “Pat” Massie, 76, husband of Debbie Davis Massie, passed away on October 20, 2022 at Baptist Health Lexington. Born in Cincinnati, OH on June 18, 1946, he was the son of Pauline Clark Massie.
Pat served his country in the U.S. Army and retired in February 2022 from serving as the pastor of Bohon Christian Church in Harrodsburg, KY. Previously, he worked as an underground electrician for Kentucky Utilities and was the former owner/operator of PH Massie & Son Electrical Contractors. In recent years he and his wife built their log home and he designed and built wood furniture.
Including his wife Debbie, of 34 years, he is survived by two children, Dana Massie of Frankfort and Patrick (wife Tammy) Massie of Lawrenceburg, and two grandsons, Tyler Massie and Joshua Massie. He was preceded in death by a sister, Bettie Jane Forester.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2022 from 5 – 7 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
