Paul David Albertelli Sr., age 91 of West Grove, PA., died Monday January 28, 2013 at the Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove, PA. He was the husband of the late Helen Hazel Healey Albertelli who died in 1993 and with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Born in Bristol, CT, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Ernestine Albertelli,. Paul served our country during World War II in the Army. He was an Electrical Contractor for Superior Electric most of his career, retiring in Bristol CT. Upon retirement he and his wife moved to Vero Beach Florida where they enjoyed many years together. After Helen's death in 1993, Paul remained in Florida for 11 more years before he moved north to West Grove to be closer to his family. Paul was a past trustee for the Plainville CT YMCA. He loved golfing, fishing and running, was an avid fan of the UConn Women's Basketball Team and Yankees and Phillies baseball. Survivors include one son, Paul D Albertelli Jr. and his wife Helen of Cherry Hill NJ; one daughter Linda A. Fick and her husband Joe of West Grove, PA.; six grandchildren, James (Ashley) of Hockessin, DE., Erin and Emily Fick, of West Grove, PA, Nathan, Paul D III, and Anthony of Cherry Hill NJ , one great grand-daughter Peyton Elizabeth, and nephew, Charles Lockhart of Chula Vista, CA. He was predeceased by 3 brothers and 7 sisters. You are invited to visit with Paul's family from 8:45 -9:45 AM Saturday February 2, 2013 at Assumption BVM Catholic Church 300 State Rd. West Grove, PA 19390. His funeral mass will follow at 9:45AM. Interment will be held privately in Bristol CT at a later date. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association 1617 JFK Boulevard, Suite 700 Philadelphia, PA 19103.
