To the Bardak Family - I am sorry to hear about the passing of Paul. He was loved and will be missed, but will be remembered forever. Paul was larger than life. He was a main character in our Parkview version of The Sandlot. I would say that 1969-1972 were some of the greatest years of our lives.
Paul was my classmate, my teammate, my catcher, my friend. If we had a stick we swung it, if we had a ball we threw it, if we had a bike we rode it. We ran hard, played hard, rode hard and yes, we were always a hot sweaty mess. Our lives were simple then, Dexter Terrace teacher, Bruce Radka had us play every competitive sport imaginable and always encouraged us to do our best and be our best.
Our Parkview Indians won the 1970 Tonawanda Little League Championship. We celebrated every Saturday after a win riding on the top of a coach´s convertible honking the horn, driving around the streets of Parkview as proud as can be of our accomplishments and victories. Paul was a great catcher with a cannon for an arm. I still remember him hitting balls into the woods at Lincoln Park.
As I reminisce on a regular basis about life more than 50 years ago, I know how blessed I am to have been a small part of Paul Bardak´s 63 years here on earth. Only one day younger than Paul I hope to live on so I can continue to remember life´s greatest days and my friend Paul Bardak.

My sincerest condolences to the Bardak family. Spent many high school years in homeroom and classes. Always a great guy with a fantastic sense of humor. Another classmate has left us way too soon. May you all find peace and comfort with your memories. Rest in peace Paul.

Dear Judi & Tom Basinski and family,
We were very saddened to hear about the passing of your dear brother, Paul Bardak. He was a very genuine person who was fun to be around. Paul was always very polite and will be well missed by his "work" family. May he rest in peace. With sympathy, Drew and Maria

I was shocked and saddened to hear this news today. I remember Paul as a great high school baseball teammate and friend. While I haven´t seen or talked to him in years, this left a hole in my heart. So sad that we have lost another classmate way too soon. RIP, Paul.

Paul, its really sad, and hard to believe you've left. It's way too early. We worked together, and shared an office for ten or fifteen years. Shared many good times. Rest in peace Paul.

I want to share my deepest sadness after hearing of Paul´s passing. I was a Suny colleague and friend of Pauls for over 20+ years. Paul and I had many great memories working together and enjoying some beverages together. Paul will be missed. I hope that in time your sorrow and sadness will pass as you continue to remember all of the great memories all of you have for Paul. He will always be in your heart and memories.
