I have known Paul since my family moved to Terre Haute in 1930. It has been a pleasure to work with Paul in both the Indiana State Medical Assn. the Indiana University Medical School Alumni Assn., and the Indiana Delegation to the AMA. It was always a pleasure to be with Paul and Jane and we will miss him very much. Cheryl joins me in extending our most sincere condolences to the entire family.

I have often wondered how Paul was enjoying retirement and am saddened in seeing his obituary. My parents enjoyed his and Jane's friendship through the years after medical school. He certainly lived a full and generous life in caring for others. I will share this with Norbert, Jr.

I'm Frances Walters, Dr. Paul Siebenmorgen was my family doctor for years, He delivered my 5 children Clifton, Myra, Roberta, Timothy, and James Thompson. He was a wonderful doctor and he had time to listen to you. I remember once he even came out to see me at my Mom's home. I think it was even on a Sunday afternoon, and Dr. Susan Amos is a good doctor too and I loved Dr. Paul and I also love Dr. Amos and I thank God for doctors like them. My second husband and I were married on June 20 1976, I made a anniversary card for you and Dr. Paul years ago you didn't know who I was, but I would see a picture of you and Dr. Paul when I would come to see the doctor. I know it must be a sad time after being married all these years, for my husband was in the in April of this year for almost 50 days and the doctor told us he almost died 2 times, but God was merciful to let me keep him yet. I hope God will comfort you and all of the family at this sorrowful time.

I had the privilege of working with Paul when he held numerous leadership roles in the ISMA. He was consistently one of the kindest most compassionate people that I have ever met! Always calm in the face of conflict while working for a solution where everyone benefited. Fortunately,he was matched with a partner with an identical personality. Dr Bill VanNess Pres ISMA '93-'94

Dr. Paul was such a kind and caring doctor. The one great memory I had of him was after the delivery of my first child. He sat down in the wee hours and talked to me about how important family is and the joy of being a parent. I have always remembered his kind words, because at the time, I was very depressed. His kind of medicine will be missed, but I am thankful it has been passed down in Dr. Amos. Thanks Dr. Paul.

Dr. Paul was not just a good man , he was a great man. He was compassionate, kind and caring to his patients, friends and fellow church members. I was lucky to have known him as all three. He was a man that literally saved my life. He is now being cared for by a higher power and in His hands he rests. It was with great sorrow that I learned of his passing. My deepest sympathies to his family.

As you already know, Dr Paul, was not only a very good doctor but also a friend who always listened to our problems and was ready to share a good laugh or cry with you. We have not seen him for several years now, but we still consider him as one of our best friends. He has now gone to be with our Lord and Savior. May God be with all of his family and friends in this time.

Dr. Paul was doctor to 3 generations of our family, and he was also like a member of the family. He always had kind words and a sense of humor. We were touched when he came to Regional Hospital to see our newest baby when she was born in March. He lit up when he got to hold her! After delivering thousands of babies, he still seemed excited to hold yet another one! You'll be missed, Dr. Paul, but you'll also be remembered.

Dr. Paul delivered me over 50 years ago and remained my doctor until his retirement. While all of my friends were getting OB/GYN's to deliver their children, I stuck with Dr. Paul. No one had a bedside manner like his. I will always remember that day in his office when he held my hand and cried with me, as he explained my mother's breast cancer. He poured his heart and soul into his patients. We are better people for knowing him.
May knowing that he is with God comfort and keep his family.

Dr. Paul was the best doctor around! Never will be one like him at all in Terre Haute! He delivered me and my son! He made everyone of his patients his family and knew them well! He was so great with children. He had a soothing voice and a calm demeanor. He never tried to hurry you. He really cared and it showed! I have great memories of him.

Jane - Jan & I are very sad , & in our own way share your sadness. You know better than the rest of us what a fine, fine person Paul was. I speak often, & cherish the memories of having Paul, Dave Davis, & Herb Khalouf sitting around our ISMA Board table , helping me preside when discussions got tough. The grace & honor with which you & Paul represented our ISMA & supported others of us in our efforts shall never be forgotten ,& should serve as a marvelous legacy for any to follow in those footsteps.

Dear Susan: Your Grandfather, Dr. Louis was my first doctor and when your father came into the business I just loved him. He was so kind and caring. He delivered all three of my children. I remember when my daughter was born just 15 minutes after I arrived at the hospital he came into the room singing "Happy Birthday". He was always there for us. He became my childrens doctor and delivered my daughters son 21 years ago. I remember when you were in high school and would sit on the office floor and sort and file the patients files. Now you are our family doctor. We love you very much and want you to know now much your father will be misssed in our community and in our lives. Our prayers go out to you and your family.

Dr. Paul was my doctor all the years I lived in Terre Haute. Assisting in delivery of both my children Michelle and Michael. I always enjoyed his smile at church each sunday and was glad when I was old enough to sing in the choir with him. He loved the Lord and was never ashamed to let others know. He served communion when I was baptized. I remember many times helping clean up communion with my parents alongside Paul and Jane in the old church basement. We had a lot of fun using the IV bottle to fill the communion before service. There are many good times I will always remember but his hugs were always there to make you feel important and cared for.
He will be missed but greatly remembered.
