APPLETON
Dr Peter Michael
On 15th April 2015,
peacefully in his sleep at Eden Court Nursing Home after a short illness,
Peter aged 77 of Gomersal.
Beloved Husband of Toni, dearly loved by Sarah and Alistair, Jon and Virginia,
much loved Papa of Sophie and
Grandad of Oscar and Elliot.
A private funeral took place on
17th April 2015 in Harrogate.
Would family, friends and colleagues join us for a Celebration of his Life at
Healds Hall Hotel, Liversedge,
Monday 27th April 2015 from 11.30am.
Thanks to everyone at Kirkwood Hospice, Eden Court Nursing Home and
Greenway Medical Practice for all their care and support during this difficult time.
