Beloved son of John and Elsie.
Brother of Kevin (dec) and Ian.
Loved former husband of Lesley
Step-father of Josie.
Musician Extraordinaire.
Friend, Mentor and Inspiration to many.
A celebration of Peter's life will be held at Gold Creek Chapel, O'Hanlon Place, Nicholls, on THURSDAY, 11 October 2018, commencing at 3PM.
No flowers please, by request of family.
Private cremation to follow.

I'd like to say thank you to Peter for teaching me so much through his books. I never met him but purchased one of his jazz books in the early 2000's and I'm still learning from him.
I thank you Peter!

I lost my best saxophone book ever then went on the net to see if I could get another and found peter had passed away what an amazing person of talent that left us so earlyif you are in music learning you will always think of peter gelling im 72yrs now and this man has brought me pleasure in his books to keep me going it is with sadness that hes left the world so early god bless
