Dear Rob,
I'm not sure if you will remember me or not, but I did want to express my sincerest condolences. It is so hard to lose a family member, but a parent has to be one of the hardest. I hope it will help you to know that others are thinking of you and offering prayers not only for your father, but for you and your family in this most trying time.
Sincerely,
Maureen (Chandler) Smith (Laurentian)

My condolence to the family, sad to hear. Pete was a great person and boss. Pete guided me though Geoterrex in the 60 & 70s.

Our condolences to the family. I and my two brothers worked for Pete at Geoterrex Ltd for many years. Pete hired me in 1974 fresh out of school. A no nonsense kinda guy. Thanks to Pete I got to travel the world.

My condolences to the family. I worked with Pete at Geoterrex and he was the best organizer of the staff Christmas party! We had many a debate over the conversion from manual compilation to digital processing. I admired his determination to 'get it right'. Best of all Pete had total confidence that the people in his department could do a better job than any dumb machine. He was right, considering the primitiveness of digital processes at that time. However, under his pragmatic guidance the Geoterrex digital product became a timely, quality deliverable.
May he rest in peace.

I worked with Pete for decades at Geoterrex. I remember a friendly, no-nonsense, hard working fellow that had to rein in a wild and crazy bunch.

My deepest condolences in the passing of one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure to meet. I enjoyed the smile on his face when I would deliver him strawberry jam (that I made for him with no sugar). His stories and comments about family and friends were always so positive and uplifting.
May you find peace knowing that there is one more angel in heaven.
